Life transition guidance

When everything changes at once, you should not have to sort it out alone.

A divorce, an inherited house, a stretch where the money does not stretch, a lien, or the question of where you live next. I help you see the whole picture, put it in order, and take the first step — calmly, and at your pace.

Working with clients anywhere in the country, by phone and video. The first conversation costs nothing.

The first conversation is free

Thirty to forty-five minutes, no cost and no obligation. You will leave it knowing your next step.

Anywhere in the country

I work from home and take clients by phone and video, in your time zone and around your schedule.

You speak with me

Not an assistant, not a call center. The person you talk to first is the person who does the work.

How this works, from the first call to a plan you can follow.

  1. Step 1

    You reach out

Call, text, or send the form on the contact page. A sentence or two is enough to start. You do not need to have this figured out, and you do not need to have your paperwork in order.

  2. Step 2

    We talk it through

A free first conversation, by phone or video, usually 30 to 45 minutes. I ask questions, you tell me what is actually going on, and together we name the real problem underneath the noise.

  3. Step 3

    You get a written plan

A short, plain-language outline of what needs to happen, who does what, and what order it goes in. Not a fifty-page report, and not a sales pitch.

  4. Step 4

We work it, one step at a time

I stay with you through the parts that need a phone call, a form, or a hard decision, and I tell you honestly when something belongs with an attorney, a tax preparer, or another professional.

Ask your first question

Or text (404) 903-3788 — whatever is easiest on a hard day.

Property solutions

When the property is the problem, it helps to have a sequence.

An inherited house that needs a decision. A home tied up in a divorce. A place that needs work before anyone will buy it. A lien standing between you and a closing. I walk through the situation, the paperwork, and the realistic options — then we put them in an order you can actually execute.

Credit restoration

Honest, step-by-step work — not a promise about your score.

We start by pulling all three of your reports and reading them slowly, line by line. Then we sort what is on them into three piles: what is wrong, what is old, and what is genuinely yours. From there you get a sequence of letters, calls, and payments — and a realistic picture of what changes and when.

Nobody can honestly promise a particular score or a particular date. What I can promise is that you will understand exactly what is being done and why.

It starts with one conversation. Tell me what is going on.

Call, text, or send the form. A sentence or two is plenty — you do not need the whole story worked out before you reach out.
